Our Point Of Sale Solutions are suitable for all aspects of the hospitality trade which includes hotels, bars, bistros, cafeterias, full service restaurants and institutional food service operations. We have several implementations, ranging from take-away food stalls to fine dining restaurants and hotels.
Our POS solution has the capability of using hand-held terminals of any type, from which the waiter, or alternatively, the customer, can place an order directly to the kitchen, amend the order, and settle the bill. All orders are time-tracked, employee-tracked, and also tracked by station. A detailed transaction log is available which will show the full details of any transaction, no matter how complex.
Table moves, combining guests on the same table, billing by seat, splitting bills, sharing items on a bill, guest tracking and loyalty rewards are all standard features of the system. Furthermore, discounts can be defined to apply only to particular categories, such as a food discount only, and can be set to require authorization by card, fingerprint or manager code.
Happy hour pricing, special offer pricing, theme nights, and any other time-based or location-based price changes are handled automatically by the POS. Your menu can be as complex or as simple as you require. In a restaurant, the POS leads you through all the customer choices, cooking temp, additional ingredients, or items to remove very smoothly and efficiently. In the bar, the POS can easily display cocktail recipes and preparation instructions.
Our kitchen order options are unlimited, and we have used multiple printers or kitchen monitors, or a combination of both, to facilitate the operation.
Our POS system includes a fully-fledged deliveries module, which includes customer history, shown on-screen either through a caller-ID unit, or by performing a simple search on the telephone number or caller name. Multiple customers using the same phone number presents a list of all current customers with that phone. A single touch allows duplication of the last order, or any order placed within the last month. Any price changes are updated automatically.
Your staff rostering can be worked out entirely from the POS backoffice application, which is included as standard. Staff will then be either allowed to sign-in depending on their schedule, or they can be allowed to sign-in anyway, for flexibility. For staff working in different areas, the POS can even track different hourly rates, and will display your labour cost statistics in real time related to your sales.
Our systems offer optional additional modules such as stock control, online ordering and web based management.
There are 2 options for inventory, since not all operators require the same level of features. Yet our entry-level stock control can offer full recipe costing and control, stock transfers between locations, waste management and intelligent ordering, based on par levels, previous sales, or projected sales. Our second option of inventory control software furthermore allows multiple users to simultaneously work on the system, allows purchase requisition authorization control, and adds functionality such as a 'catering wizard' for function management and catering management.
